Objectives: Project will make a great contribution to obtain adequate knowledge an core chamber issues (management, services, communication, marketing, investment opportunities, market opportunities between both two countries, public relations, IT tech., the sectors which are more important for both two CCIS TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

Activities: 1- Preparatory Activities Creating the Project Team 2- Pre-visit to Slovenia 3- The Education Program to Yozgat CCI Employees 4- Visit to Slovenia For Training and Workshop The Economy of Slovenia The Structure of Slovenia CCI Training and Workshop in Yozgat CCI The Economy of Yozgat The structure of Yozgat CCI The visits to some corporations and places. 5- Publication Website Booklet Brochures and Posters Baffle plates and Signboard 6- Final Meeting TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

Expected Results Preparatory Activities will have been done by creating the project team which will have been selected with some criteria in the first month. Pre-visit to Slovenia with 3 staff will have done to provide organization, coordination and the documentation during the project in the 2. Month. With this training, staff of the Yozgat CCIS will be more educated, and then they will serve better to their members. Visit to Slovenia will have been completed with the 4. Month of the project. The target group will have come back to Turkey with the knowledge, education and information within the project. The two training programme has been successfully completed. Training and workshop in Yozgat CCI will have been successfully completed in 6. Month of the project. The partners will have been informed in detail information and knowledge about the economy of Yozgat and the structure of the Yozgat CCI. Publication Website will have been created in the 2. Month, and the content of the web site will have been improved and updated during the project. Booklets and brochures will have been created in 9. Month. The content of the booklets whose details are mentioned in the project will have been so useful for both CCI’s target groups and beneficiaries. Posters, baffle plates and signboard will have been completed in 2. Month of the project with the line of the EU visibility rules. Final meeting will be made with the high level of participation in the 11. Month in project. Finally an important part of the target groups of the project, Yozgat CCI, will have been strengthened by these all activities, and have begun to serve their members better. At least two companies of the region will have exported to Slovenia or have made a partnership with Slovenian business community. The other part of the target groups of the project, Slovenia CCI and Slovenian Business Community will have known Turkey and Yozgat.
