Amazing Brain Facts Your brain is a big muscle There are little connections inside you brain. They send little signals using electricityelectricity The signals can fly from your body to your brain at more than 150 mph. Whew! Your brain sends more messages everyday than all the phones in the world. Now that’s a lot of texting!

Brain Training How do we make muscles big and strong? Your brain gets stronger the more you USE it and CHALLENGE it with puzzles and problems. This week you are going to workout your brain to make it bigger, faster, stronger and better!.

When you exercise, blood flow to the brain is increased which helps you to learn.blood Make sure you run around at break and lunch times during brain training week Get moving to get smarter!.
