9 NALC/USPS Partners in Safety Purpose To create District and Local Joint PAIRS Committees tasked with opportunities and developing strategies to reduce and eliminate accidents and injuries by utilizing the following: Review and analyzing data Administering proactive safety efforts by utilizing current safety programs Ensure training of local committees and employees “Hot spot” reviews/vital few Joint training Jointly develop programs targeting city letter carriers
