A Year Of Independence In 4th grade, we encourage the students to put their homework in their bags themselves, ask you to sign their planner, and say good bye at the front door after the 1 st week of school unless you need to carry in large items.

Please hold your child accountable by not “rescuing” by regularly bringing in forgotten items such as homework, recorders, and planners. It takes time out of your schedule and your child will still pull a ticket anyway. Together we can prepare them for 4th grade and work towards 5th grade!
