 Increase revenue  Create programs after proper assessment  Tweak current processes to obtain maximum return  Promoting your sustainability efforts and creating a sustainability profile for your facility. Showing your clients that you too care for our environment  Evaluate current processes and review protocols to ensure all rules and regulations are being adhered to.  Will conduct full audit and provide recommendations and or assist in obtaining proper permits, licenses, certifications, etc.  Creating new programs such as:  Recycling Programs  Waste Minimization  Creating compost programs  Assist in burn for energy projects  Reduce Energy consumption  Materials Management and E-Commerce (Inventory control)  Etc, we will explore every area of sustainability and provide continuous monitoring and education.

 The cost to dispose of waste the correct way is expensive and when it comes to the larger ticket waste streams such as hazardous waste, the cost can be debilitating to an organization.  The main priority of a healthcare organization is providing patients the best possible care. This is where we come in. We will worry about the waste, how its disposed of, education of staff, Negotiating of contracts, research of companies, etc.  By obtaining an Environmental Consultant, Clearwater advisors would be able to tailor programs that would fit your needs. Creating programs that generate a revenue stream and or are cost negative or cost neutral.  Clearwater Advisors will do the education for your staff for both new programs and conduct required annual education programs according to the environmental standard of joint commission and other regulatory agencies such as the DEP, EPA, etc.  Clearwater Advisors do all of the research for new vendors and negotiate your contracts to better fit your needs and the needs of the hospital  When the job is over, our work does not end there. Most of our programs will be able to run on their own with very little monitoring. We will do monthly monitoring of these programs to ensure that the programs are running as proposed. Monthly and quarterly reports will be generated and provided to the facility. Programs that are showing signs of distress we will evaluate them and fix any issues that may arise.  Will create programs that are self sustaining.  Programs that Clearwater Advisors put into place have a minimum cost savings of 10% the first 6 months. These projections will vary. A projects success depends on staff involvement.  Clearwater Advisors become the helping hands to your organization without the added expenses of hiring an employee, we get a consulting fee. Your organization can save on benefits, insurance and payroll because the programs we provide will generate an income for you taking a cost negative into a cost positive or cost neutral.

 Medical Waste/Hazardous Waste/Universal Waste and Recycling  Clearwater Advisors have the expertise to be able to assist you in your business plan and execution of achieving your goals and still be able to abide by regulatory agencies and environmental standards  Clearwater Advisors are well versed in all areas of all applicable rules, regulations as well as rules for obtaining permits or maintaining permits as well as following DOT regulations.  Clearwater Advisors has the ability to renegotiate existing contracts to better serve your facility or conduct the research associated with obtaining new vendors and negotiate the contracts to obtain the best possible pricing for services. We will work with current vendors and research new vendors.  Clearwater Advisors are also Licensed to educate the staff in Hazmat, Hazwoper, DOT transportation and manifesting and blood borne pathogen training.

 Health care will spend an average of 1.1 million dollars per year just on Sharps, RMW and municipal waste  RMW.40 Cents Per Pound  Treated RMW.18 Cents Per Pound  Municipal Waste Cents Per Pound  Recycling - $5.00 Per Ton (Just Commingled)

 Health care is always looking to increase recycling, decrease RMW, decrease hazardous and municipal waste and reduce cost and at the same time do what is right to make their community a healthier environment  Hiring Clearwater Advisors, we will be able to fulfill all of your goals and in a timely manner.
