JUNIOR HURRICANES SEASON PROGRAM UPDATE

Program Minor changes over last season Second 16U AAA team Girls Program (10U, 12U, 14U) Only offering 18U Midget Major AA team Increased player development at 10U and 12U

Program All gear In and distributed except game socks which should arrive by Aug 28 Away schedules and tournaments are currently loaded into game schedules Check requests are complete for all tournament confirmations submitted Home game schedules should be loaded by the end of the coming week Other than Labor Day tourneys, most teams start exhibition games the weekend of Sept 12/14

All coaches receive a Junior Hurricanes Jacket Head coaches receive a hockey bag ALL coaches need to have USA Hockey Registration and background checks done PRIOR to the season starting, so please do this NOW New for Assistant coaches and managers can submit their USA Hockey registration for reimbursement ($46) Head coach’s USA Hockey fees are to be covered with stipend All coaches have to complete Safe Sport and Age / Gender Specific USA Hockey coaching modules by 12/31 or you can no longer coach
