Overview The DAMEX will be made up of four intrinsically intertwined groups: –marketing –trading –financial management –shared services

Marketing Marketing groups will be aligned to: –find and list customers –sell services to establish customers –retain customers –match and ensure competitive edge

Marketing Operations Marketing groups will be divided based on focus: –small and mid-size accounts –Fortune 500 –start-up companies –inter-exchange relationships –cross-listed companies –market developers

Trading The DAMEX will provide world class professional traders supported by state-of-the-art trading and clearing tools, including: –s–staff to monitor and maintain equipment –t–technical staff to enforce market rules –g–government regulatory intermediaries

Financial Management Financial Management supports all aspects of the life of the exchange. It: –pays the bills of the exchange (A/P) –manages the working capital of the exchange (Treasury functions) –manages all employees (HR) –borrows –lends –leases –manages foreign exchange –provides compliance services

Shared Services Shared services will oversee the day to day interaction between the exchange and its: –people (sales force and support) –equipment –locations (international branches) –support & outside services (outsourced functions) –sales
