Boys and Girls Club Mentor Sydney Hendricks Julian avalos Haley Moore Terry Ebron

Introduction For this project my group and I have to find an appropriate classmate to work as a Boys and Girls Club Mentor. We will elaborate on who we chose, and why.

Our Group Leader We chose Haley as our group leader because she takes charge in a group and can easily make decisions on what to do. Also she is open minded when choosing someone for the mentor position at the Boys and Girls Club.

What is the Boys and Girls Club? The Boys and Girls Club is a program for boys and girls to be able to learn and play while being in a safe environment. It’s where some kids can go because there may be no adult supervision at their home.

The Boys and Girls club is looking for a mentor to donate their time to these kids. The qualities we are looking for in a mentor is: Ability to discipline the kids when necessary. Trustworthy Honest Caring Friendly Wise Responsible

The person we chose for the position is Dana Hall. The reason we chose her is because she is great with kids and is willing to sacrifice her personal time for the need of the kids. Dana also loves helping out her community and the people in it. I think that she will be a great leader to these kids and will guide them in the right way. She is compassionate and caring and will go out of her way for the needs of the kids.

Conclusion We successfully found the right person for the job. We found the person that had all the characteristics we were looking for
