Leaders England - Winston Churchill –Allied Forces –Took over May 10, 1940 –Same day France was invaded

Leaders France - Paul Reynaud –Allied Forces –Replaced Edouard Daladier in March of 1940 –Reynaud later replaced by Charles De Gaulle
