Methods/forms of communication Oral communication: This is also known as verbal communication which involves the use of spoken words to pass messages. It could be face-to-face, telephone, etc. Written communication: It is the use of handwritten or typed messages to pass information. Examples are letters, reports etc Visual communication: It is the use of diagrams, chart etc to pass across information

Box and PMB) to individuals and firms where letters/ mails are sorted and kept under lock for their officials
