Some Do’S and Don’ts The bacteria in this product if subjected to extremely high temperatures,they die,So it is not recommended to add SUMUL Pro-Fit Probiotic Dahi to hot foods or beverages. Do not use it for culinary purpose but consume it directly or as dressing with cold Foods only. Sumul Pro-Fit Probiotic Dahi must be refrigerated. Though the bacterial stratins Used to make SUMUL Pro-Fit Probiotic Dahi are self restricting and to some Extent can sustain temperature shocks but it is advised to keep product at refrigerated temperatures. SUMUL Pro-Fit Probiotic Dahi can not be frozen. When it is frozen in the deep Freezer, it results in the formation of large sized sharp ice crystals which may rupture the cell of the beneficial bacteria and may decrease their affectivity.
