Our service is complete! Service for organizations – „Do they have the right people in the right positions?“ Service for employees – career counselling: seeking positive characteristics and the right ways of self-development. Focus on career counselling for people who already have some working experience. Our tools: psychological assessment, psychodiagnostics, consultations, coaching.

Economic crisis and career counselling Time of global economic crises = importance of career counselling increases. Nowadays companies try to be maximally effective and they carefully consider which employees occupy certain positions. Also the large percentage of people, who have lost their jobs, need to set new goals in their career.

Conditions of counselling process Client should:  be motivated to make changes;  have a high quantity of self- motivation;  want to be successful;  have a good sense of self- reflection.

Essential knowledge of the career counsellor Pursuit of understanding the work environment; try to find positive qualities and develop them; importance of having good job market overview; relevance of „being in“ – to have up-to-date information from different sources (current events from concrete corporations, economics, other news, …).

Our approach to counselling process Our counselling approach is based on psychodiagnostics with the emphasis on projective methods. Psychological assessment

Can you find the tenth African?

Projective methods have strong potential Advantages of contrast with questionnaires  reveal more hidden things, thoughts, emotions, motivations, reduction of stylization. Disadvantage of contrast with questionnaires  long-term experience required.

It is about you, your personality, style, emotions… What colour do you prefer? Depends just on some coincidence? Let‘s try it!

RED colour RED ActivityEnergyVitalityDrive Overcome obstacles Winning

BLUE colour BLUE CalmStableSensitivity Mature personality Integrity Socially responsive

GREEN colour GREEN Willingness Goal seeking PersistentAmbitious Stress resistant Self-esteem

YELLOW colour YELLOW Spontaneous CheerfulStimulatingRelaxed Adaptable Finding new directions

Modification of The Lüscher Colour Test with combination of words Colour-Verbal Association Test Psychodiagnostics through colours is not innovative – we result from Lüscher´s theory. Using triples as innovative manner in psychodiagnostics (Max Lüscher used colour couples). We deal with association between colours and words. Using of The Colour Test as one source for our psychodiagnostic work… Max Lüscher

What colour do you prefer? The process of testing by The Colour-verbal Test consists of matching colours and „tailor made“ words series. The test consists of about 130 words divided in three issues – words describing personality, proper company and relevant job position. Manager Sales director My career Tasks Team work Official journeys Work in the office Creative work Administrative work

Questionnaires and common counselling methods limitations. Based on association between words and colours The Colour-verbal Test shows us client´s preferences (without his thinking), his motivation, attitudes towards work, corporate reality, work environment… Detecting emotional inclination towards different kind of profession. Emotions, attitudes, profession

Comparison between expectations and dispositions Emotional inclinations (expectations) are compared with personality and performance dispositions obtained from another tests and methods.

Start of counselling process Diagnostics is finished; after that the proper counselling process can start.

The second part Jana Vohralíková

The view from second perspective The employer´s view; how it works in the firm; case studies.
