Presentation transcript:

1. Read children’s adaptation of play 2. Showed animated video 3. Gave each child a comic strip version of play 4. Rehearse script, beginning in April and perform for the school and parents in June. 5. I would read William Shakespeare’s biography aloud. Students would choose a specific date and create a diary entry to go on our classroom timeline.

1. Students will use a Power Point presentation, website or wikispace to present their research 2. Mindmeister (collaborative mind mapping device) and Bitstrips (online comic book creator) will be integrated into their presentation 3. Audio and video effects to enhance the presentation will be expected 4. Comments/Feedback and questions will be posted on a regular basis on our classroom discussion board

1. Informating: Giving the shift of control and empowerment to the students. They have more access to information and are offered greater responsibility 2. Students are motivated more, simply by using technology and not pencil and paper 3. Students are exposed to a broader range of information (not just the teacher) 4. Working in cooperative groups which mirror real-life situations 5. Students are not restricted to working on the project at school only
