Existing RoBox 24 PMTs/RoBox Signal & Reference signals sent on a Pair of Coax for each PMT 2HF 2012 Upgrade Meeting 30-OCT-10T. Shaw

Current HF FE Module Front Panel Each FE module reads out 6 QIEs. 3 HF 2012 Upgrade Meeting 30-OCT-10 T. Shaw

Upgrade Current plans – Fit 2x or 4x cabling into same space; no degradation in performance – Use same FE modules Some kind of patch panel near FE crates to convert new cabling to present connectors. 4 HF 2012 Upgrade Meeting 30-OCT-10 T. Shaw

Questions Timeline for decision on how many readout channels / PMT? (2 or 4 anode readout) How much space is available in cable path? – Are we limited to what we have? Could it be doubled?...
