Beginning 2016, all licensed physicians must complete mandatory Opioid Training (online module) in order to renew license, or become licensed. Complete before 1/31/2016 for all renewals that year Will clarify on date requirement for new licensees Currently, only approved training in Utah is through UMA About 3 hours of training—about $30 Working on finding other options; will keep advised Will remind again

ECFMG Certification PGY1-- passed USMLE Step 1, Step 2CK, Step 2CK PGY2 -- passed above exams plus Step 3 PGY2 -- if no prior US training, not eligible for license; program must apply for exemption Must obtain J1 Clinical visa J1 Clinical visa -- no faculty appointments, no moonlighting, no billing See Policy GME 15.1
