Do Now On the slip of paper, write your name and the four properties of Earth’s atmosphere. Include an example of each. McDougall textbook, p. A11

Background Research 1) In your composition notebooks, make the table below. 2) Then use your computer to research was is dust made of. Complete the left side of the table below. What could be in dust (research) What is actually in dust (experiment)

Experiment 3) Make Dust traps by cutting a 1 x 1 cm square in a notecard, then cover the square hole with scotch tape. Place card sticky side down to trap dust. 4) View card with magnifying glass and record what you see on the right side of the table.
