4. Implementation 6 CoMeDPro State of the art Definition of the strength and the weaknesses, the opportunities of the businesses and the threats they are facing. Quality standards Definition of the standards that businesses should follow in order to increase their competitiveness. Common framework Conduction of consultations and training seminaries helping the businesses to implement the quality standards, in all three countries. Exchange of expertise via seminaries, dedicated website and newsletters. Recruiting of 400 Businesses in the three counties to follow the activities leading to their successful fulfilment of the set of business performance quality standards, while 200 of them are expected to effectively end up fulfilling those criteria by implementing individual business action plans

7 CoMeDPro 5. Result:. A transnational touristic trail will be created. Businesses from three countries enjoying the same quality standards will be part of a touristic trail. The trail will enrich the tourism product in all three countries. The trail will be promoted in order to attract tourist and thus increase the revenues of the businesses and the related services.

8 CoMeDPro 6. Impact Staff working in small traditional crafts and local product businesses and public or private sector- oriented stakeholders, unemployed people from the areas where the project will be implemented will benefit from training activities that will help them foster their professional skills or acquire new competences that are highly valuable to these sectors. The impact is a long term benefit. The economic impact is a consequence of the project implementation by contributing to the employment and by increasing the business revenue.

7. Conclusion CoMeDPro is a project that gives small businesses opportunities to increase their competitveness on a transnational level. It will positively contribute to the incoming and domestic tourism market. 9 CoMeDPro WELCOME TO THE PROJECT
