Employee Notification – United Way Campaign Underway Campaign pledging window begins August 19 th through September 13 th. Communication with direct link to pledge online will come from facility communication team Employees without active addresses (i.e. production employees), will have access to the pledge link via and selecting the appropriate campaign

Accessing eWay All employees will need to register by creating a Username and Password.

Registration page Create Username, Password, Personal Information and Contact Information Create Username Create Password Confirm Password Enter First & Last name & PeopleSoft ID Select your Vice President Enter work/personal address Click register link at bottom corner

Select Pledge Now Pledge video from Doug will play automatically

Select Payroll Deduction and click Continue Employees have the option to select Payroll Deduction or No Thanks. I do not wish to contribute.

Option 1: Select an amount per pay period and click continue Employee has 3 options for payroll deduction: amount per pay period, one-time payment, or percentage of annual salary.

Option 2: Select one-time annual gift amount and click continue Employee has 3 options for payroll deduction: amount per pay period, one-time payment, or percentage of annual salary.

Option 3: Select percentage per pay period and click continue Employee has 3 options for payroll deduction: amount per pay period, one-time payment, or percentage of annual salary.

Designation Options Enter 100% to be invested and click continue.

Donor Recognition Information on this page is optional. Employee can choose if they wish to remain anonymous by selecting the box under acknowledgements.

Donor Information then click Continue Confirm contact information. Employee can enter or change information in these fields.

Review pledge information and click Submit Contribution

Print Pledge Receipt and click Logout Employees can print the pledge certificate. Employee will also receive and with their pledge summary and certificate.
