 Buy products that don't have a lot of packaging.  Borrow things from people that you know instead of buying something and using it once.  Use a computer to read online newspapers or magazines.  Save water by turning off faucet while brushing teeth. Information found at:

 Use more plastic containers and/or plastic bags.  Stop throwing away things you don’t want and start donating them because they could be useful to other people.  When writing on a piece of paper and you run out of room on the front don’t grab a new paper use the back of the paper you already started writing on.  You can always recycle plastic, any plastic, plastic bags, or plastic cups, and lots more.  Paper bags, soda cans, and milk cartons, are made out of materials that can be recycled.  You can help the environment by buying certain brands of paper towels, garbage bags, greeting cards, and toilet paper.
