To improve management practices within the social, pastoral and educational ministries of the Society of Jesus in Latin America, strengthening the "Ignatian way of proceeding". PURPOSE CURRICULAR AXES Context, Ignatianity and Social Management

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DIPLOMA  Latin American vision, with students from the different ministries and networks; laypersons and jesuits.  Students design improvement projects for their organizations.  Virtual studies, through the Sakai platform.  Every virtual classroom is provided with a tutor for the development of autonomous and collaborative learning processes.
