During 2009 and 2010 we trained officers in Argentina, Peru, Paraguay, Brazil, Mexico, Panama, Chile and Ecuador. Ongoing relationship building with Customs – Seminar & Events participation, Interaction with various agencies such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC), IP Attachés in the region, etc. The Result Recent seizure of 235 CF products in Brazil. Customs contacted Cisco after receiving a suspicious shipment of Cisco branded products. Cisco provided expert engineers and evidence that products were all CF. Equipment was destroyed.

The Program Requires Importers/exporters to: maintain good compliance record and to perform periodic self- assessments posses minimum system requirements to manage trade data  have financial solvency  ensure compliance with security and safety standards  facilitate site validations Importers/exporters enjoy: enhanced supply chain operations (e.g., reduced inspections and associated expenses, increased supply chain predictability, lower cycle time, etc.) supply chain risk reduction (e.g., unauthorized personnel, materials) Brand preservation or improvement employee safety
