What is Achilles Tendonitis  Achilles tendinitis is tendinitis of the Achilles tendon, generally precipitated by overuse of the affected limb and is more common among athletes training under less than ideal conditions

What sports does it usually occur in?  Any Sport that requires agility and mass movement of the feet such as :  Soccer  Tennis  Basketball  Rugby League
