What feeling do you get from reading this paragraph from the novel The Odyssey? feeling

Chapter Seven The Land of the Dead We set off, aided by a helpful breeze provided by Circe. We sailed on and on to the very boundaries of the ocean. Here live the Cimmerians, who dwell so far on the edge of the world that the sun never shines for them. They are always covered with night and shadow. Take a minute to write down words that you can see, smell, hear, or feel.

We set off, aided by a helpful breeze provided by Circe. We sailed on and on to the very boundaries of the ocean. Here live the Cimmerians, who dwell so far on the edge of the world that the sun never shines for them. They are always covered with night and shadow. Breeze on and on Sun never shines

Continuing Chapter Seven I drew out my sword and dug a trench. We poured offerings to the dead. I made the promises Circe has told me to make. Then I slaughtered the sheep and let their blood flow into the trench. Immediately the souls of the dead began to flock around us, seeking once again to drink the life giving blood. But I kept them off, waiting for the spirit of Tiresias. drew out my sword trench offerings to the dead slaughtered blood flow into the trench.
