Campus Staff Development Professional – Michael Mock District Training Coordinator - Learning Tools Manager – Alan Ball Scheduling Coordinator – Jen Blesener Roles
Responsibilities of the Campus Staff Development Professional Explain the District Learning Plan (DLP) Secure dates and times for all sessions Demonstrate Moodle Demonstrate CPU Folders for Training Information Hold periodic meetings with District Training Coordinator to review Moodle, DLP and answer questions Complete status reports after each meeting and upload to CPU Monitor Moodle Assist and address all training issues as needed Address additional training needs beyond the initial plan Monitors training issues in the customer portal Explain where curriculum is found for all trainings
Responsibilities of the District Training Coordinator Provide a list of CORE team members with first and last name, position, school and address Provide a CSV file of all district staff to the Staff Development Professional, including: First Name Last Name Address School / Position Schedule computer lab(s) and inform the school office of dates/times when guests are in their building Verify computer lab readiness prior to each session Distribute learning documents to staff for On-site and Scenario-based sessions Monitor the progress and completion of self ‐ paced courses for all staff in Infinite Campus Moodle
Communication Process for District Training Coordinator Discuss with the Staff Development Professional all questions, concerns and issues regarding training Request any changes to training (dates, times, attendees etc.) to Scheduling Coordinator and CC: Staff Development Professional and Project Manager Coordinate and communicate trainings to staff attending Remind staff the importance of completing and actively participating in prerequisite, self‐paced courses prior to a webinar or onsite session Send out reminders or talk to those who are not actively completing self‐paced and/or prerequisite courses in a timely fashion
Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator Adds the District Learning Plan training tasks to CPU Manages training tasks in CPU Monitors and communicates all training task changes to: District Training Coordinator Staff Development Specialist Project Manager Manages Moodle Enrolments
