How well do you sense and plan for what might come up? How often do you say no to other things? The External Goal: Stable Whose goals are you working on? How clear are you about what you want? Does it fit with who you are? How sustainable is what you want? How important do you think your own goals are? How much compromise do you make? Do you find it easy to keep on track, or do you give up when things don’t work out? How easy is it for you to change how you’re approaching your goals? Do your goals energise you?
