Pantiliners Can be used: -When your period is very light -When your waiting for your period -As tampon backup

Sanitary Towels Easy to use Different shapes and sizes to suit anyone Change about every 4 hours (They will leak if you don’t change them frequently or choose the wrong type.)

How to use a sanitary towel 1. Pull off paper strip or wrapper. 2. Attach sticky part securely to center of underwear. 3. For wings, peel off paper strips and wrap around sides of underwear.

Tampons Worn inside your vagina Need changing 4-6 hourly Takes time to learn how to use them Are discreet Gives you freedom to do any activity

Using Tampons Wash your hands before and after use Insert end of tampon into the vagina then push upwards and backwards Remove by pulling gently on the string
