Proposal to Church Council Authorize the Board of Trustees to enter into a Line of Credit up to $1,000,000 to complete repairs on FUMC and to hire Martin Rule and Associates as architect to plan, manage, and administer repairs to be started after Church Conference on June 26, Recommend a capital funds campaign for these repairs run concurrent with the 2012 operating budget campaign. Recommend any funds not used in this repair campaign be designated to future building campaign plans.
