Gives you the confidence that your program aligns with a nationally accepted and recognized model. Helps you evaluate your program and areas for improvement. Increases your skills and knowledge. COUNSELING PROGRAM GOALS ) To increase the graduation rate from 96.9% to 97.6 % (one more student) 2.) To reduce the amount of freshman failures for school year from 4.6% to 2.8% - a 1.5% decrease in the failure rate. 3.) 100% of 8 th grade students will choose a career goal during their Individual Graduation Plan meeting with their middle school counselor.
