RPE:Schedule a visit allows prospect to schedule a time to talk or visit prospect feels that the college / recruiter are close and they can schedule a personal talk / visit / phone call whenever they want to little application that stores a meeting time / phone call information

RPE: Talk To Me interactive chat / IM system allowing real-time chat with recruiter (Mebo) further encourage interaction with recruiter / foster relationship build a new chat / IM function. The one that Luminis comes with in groups... well... sucks :)

RPE: Me communication to recruiter a mechanism for a prospect to send a message to their recruiter without an client. This is not Luminis Mail, its a direct shot into the EM software that targets the prospects recruiter encourage open communications with prospect take the communications content and put it into the EM tables

RPE: My Communications lists all communication between the student and the recruiter the communication information is already stored in the EM software, so expose it to the prospect. Allows the prospect to view communications without having to go to their client to find an they hopefully saved communications / information is already stored in EM tables, just expose that to the channel

RPE : Recruiter Profile lists the prospect's recruiter information, name, , extension, photo, bio, interests, blog, favorite links, etc personify a recruiter, make them a friendly face, with interests, links, blog etc. Brings down the 'high up recruiter' persona and meets the prospect on common ground and interests takes away the intimidation access personal data from Banner, and possibly store other meta data in some new EM tables.

BSSA Connector OOTB – same lack of vision The biggest problem for me was trying to figure out how to get the 'BSSA' connector to work to connect to scripts other than the "Apply for Admission" screen. I had to customize the "bwskalog" package and trick it into going somewhere else. (The baseline package is hard coded to go to the "Apply for Admission" screen --- which we are not even using !!!) It is Worth Having? Probably… but still up in the air Huge amount of work to make something youre proud of Huge amount of content THAT MUCH CHANGE Waiting to see the ROI Still feels like Luminis was an afterthought
