5 High Academics Welcome to

5 High Academics We are your virtual consulting team.

5 High Team Literacy Your journey with begins now

Meet Your Consulting Team Welcome to High 5 Team Literacy. I’m Addison. I will guide you through the first step in your implementation process. High 5 Team Literacy’s first tool is the Standards and Needs Coordinator.

Meet Your Consulting Team The Standards and Needs Coordinator will first surveys the literacy leadership team. Survey results align student achievement targets, based on standards, with teacher competency targets and goals for leadership knowledge-building.

Meet Your Consulting Team Welcome. I’m Mariah. I will guide you through the second step in your literacy implementation process. High 5 Team Literacy’s second tool, Literacy Coach, is a rich library of PD modules covering the most significant research- based, best practices in literacy.

Meet Your Consulting Team The Literacy Coach also uses survey results to establish student achievement benchmarks and teacher competency benchmarks.

Meet Your Consulting Team Hello, my name is David. I will guide you through the third step in your literacy implementation process. High 5 Team Literacy’s third tool is the Project Manager.

Meet Your Consulting Team Hello, I am Anthony. I will guide you through the fourth step in your literacy implementation process. High Team 5 Literacy’s fourth tool, Data Analyzer, provides reports on training events, student achievement and motivation, and teacher competencies and confidence.

Meet Your Consulting Team Hello. I am Jaxson. I will guide you through the fifth step in your literacy implementation process. High 5 Team Literacy’s fifth tool is the Implementation Strategist. It evaluates data and recommends responses to effectively meet emerging professional development needs while also keeping motivation high.

5 High Team Literacy Let’s start strategizing.

Standards and Needs Coordinator The Standards and Needs Coordinator surveys to identify literacy standards needing higher scores. The Standards and Needs Coordinator then surveys to identify the teacher competencies needing improvement.

Standards and Needs Coordinator Once we select the teacher competencies, we can then survey to identify the areas of the leadership team’s knowledge base that needs expanding.

Standards and Needs Coordinator This concludes the alignment of standards with student and teacher needs. High 5 Literacy’s Standards and Needs Coordinator will now share your results.

Standards and Needs Aligner While you’re evaluating the results, Standards and Needs Coordinator will be working behind the scenes to align your teacher needs with PD modules available through Literacy Coach.

Standards and Needs Coordinator All of your PD Module Selections have been shared with High 5 Team Literacy’s Project Manager. This concludes your current use of Standards and Needs Coordinator. It was a pleasure to assist you.

Literacy Coach Each PD module is available at any time. The Literacy Coach has pulled all selected modules from the High 5 Team Literacy Library and created personal libraries tied to each calendar.

Literacy Coach The Literacy Coach will now provide options for student and teacher benchmarking.

Literacy Coach This concludes your current use of Literacy Coach. It was a pleasure to assist you.

Project Manager High 5 Team Literacy’s Project Manager helps us manage the pacing of implementation by scheduling all professional development events on group-specific calendars. The Project Manager prevents over- scheduling and informs all staff who needs to be where and why.

Project Manager We will first set up district events on a district calendar. The district calendar will then generate a school-specific calendar. The school calendars will have district events. Each school will schedule events for their own school staff the school calendar.

Project Manager The same process will follow for team calendars and then for individual calendars. All calendars are able to send and respond to Invitations. Sent invitations put a reservation on the invitees calendar. RSVPs confirm the event in the calendar. Information you populate into these calendars will integrate with the calendar you use on a daily basis.

Project Manager All of your scheduled events for PD Modules have been shared with Literacy Coach. This concludes your current use of Project Manager. It was a pleasure to assist you.

Data Analyst High 5 Team Literacy’s Data Analyst provides reports on training events, student achievement and motivation, teacher competencies and confidence as well as leadership competencies and confidence. The Data Analyst gives everyone critical information needed to stay focused on taking the necessary steps to reach our student literacy achievement goals.

Data Analyzer This concludes your current session with High 5 Data Analyst. It was a pleasure to assist you.

Implementation Strategist High 5 Literacy Implementation Strategist recommends responses to the data so that leadership can effectively and efficiently meet emerging needs while also keeping implementation motivation high. When selecting a recommendation, the Implementation Strategist interacts with all the other tools.

Implementation Strategist Working behind the scenes, the High 5 Literacy tools interact with each to accomplish details affected by your revisions or additions to your implementation plan.

Implementation Strategist High 5 Literacy takes care of the following details… Student data points – gathering and reporting systems. Eliminating and adding modules to libraries. Eliminating calendar events and sending out invites for revised or new events. Refining the fields for data collections

Implementation Strategist This concludes your current session with High 5 Implementation Strategist. It was a pleasure to assist you.
