Views on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) The Affordable Care Act (ACA) put in place policies aimed at substantially expanding health insurance coverage, developing new payment approaches to encourage and support improved delivery system performance, increasing transparency and accessibility of cost and quality information, and enhancing public health. Which of the following comes closest to your view regarding the strategic direction set by the new law?
