BE Awards Submission Process Start the online project submission, Follow these four steps. Step 1 - Contact Information: names/information project team members Step 2 - Participation Agreement: your organization’s official agreement and approval to participate in the BE Awards program and submit materials related to your project Step 3 - Project Submission: description, summary of project Step 4 - Image & File Collection: collect and send via mail on CD or DVD, or send via YouSendIt.com

Step 1: Contact Information (whoever is submitting) Required Alternate Contact (additional contact person) Required End User / Client (if not the same as user) Required if Bentley Partner

Step 2: Participation Agreement User simply agrees or disagrees to terms outlined In the case it is not accepted, the user can access the PDF version via a link at the bottom of this page and print it out Any/all modifications must be reviewed and approved by Bentley User expresses interest in presenting project at BE Conference as part of the agenda and/or at media opportunities (yes or no) Submission is not complete until this form is received on or before 2/29/08, (modified agreements must be received by this date)

Step 3: Project Submission Select the industry your project best applies to Select an industry topic/solution that your project represents (reference the provided criteria and examples to determine where your project best applies) Developing the Workforce Infrastructure submissions must fill out a separate form, click on the supplied link for the correct form

Step 3a: Project Submission Provide the Project Name Provide Project Details: Goal, Challenges, Solution Bentley Products & Services utilized Number of members involved in project Completion Date Location Capital Cost of Project Project Benefits - ROI - Time/Money Saved

Step 3b: Project Submission Population Effected Community Impact Any additional information about the project/process Provide Quote – Benefits of Bentley Products/Services

Step 4: Image & File Collection Description and Instruction on what/how/and where to send appropriate image files that accompany the submission If using YouSendIt.com, please be sure to submit all project files in one submission (zipped file) Submit
