More Art by Emily Carr Kitwancool, 1928 Big Raven, 1931

Your Art Project – Make a Totem Pole Decorate the paper that will be wrapped around your totem pole with animals. Keep your design simple and bold. If you would like to add additional paper for wings, you may, but you don’t need to. After you have finished your artwork, wrap your paper around the paper towel roll to create your totem pole. Add any finishing touches or wings. Be sure to sign your artwork!
