20 year old Shop-built Wood window

Finished 8027 Double hung Window

Inside trim is NOT removed!!

Let’s see it happen…

Window is installed with the nail fin

Nail fin is caulked creating a water tight installation

Daylight opening is maximized.

Total Tear should be compete between one and two hours.

Brick gap filled with MGM’s proprietary cellular Brick mould filler.

Window is attached by screwing the nail fin to the existing stud.

Cellular fill piece being installed

Main install almost complete

Rich detail is emerging from old installation

Window looks like it was never replaced and looks brand new!!
