Construction Management: At Blue Moon Infratech we manage our project with highly potencies computer management software like Primavera -6 & MSP applied by highly skilled & technical team in our offices we incorporate in our project.  Project initiation, Estimation & Budgeting  Project Planning & scheduling  Construction.  BMS, Building / infrastructure management system Project initiation, Estimation & Budgeting : In Project Initiation, Estimation & Budgeting define the overall parameters of a project quantity surveying & budgeting and establish the appropriate project management and quality program required to complete the Project.

 Project Planning & Scheduling :- In project planning we identify all the activities necessary to successfully complete the Project. In Project scheduling we process of determine the sequential order of the planned activities, assigning realistic duration to each activity and determining start and finish date & identify the Critical path by applying CPM & PERT techniques.

 CONSTRUCTION The in actual construction we execute the project as per our planning with subsequent changes is required with the help of our highly skilled & unskilled construction team with adequate machinery
