PAL WIRE-TO-WIRE CONNECTOR SERIES Purpose: To introduce the PAL wire-to-wire connector series.

PAL Connectors Problem: Many applications require a wire-to-wire connector that is a sub-miniature in size and that offers engineers design flexibility. PAL WIRE-TO-WIRE CONNECTOR SERIES Script: The PAL wire-to-wire connector series is available from 2 to 8 circuits without panel locks and 2 to 4, and 6 to 8 circuits with panel locks. Optional secondary retainers are available to further ensure that the contacts are completely inserted (seated) in the housing to prevent accidental release (back out) of the contacts.

SCRIPT: The PAL series contacts are phosphor bronze, tin plated and will accept a wire range of 22 to 28 AWG, have a rating of 100 V AC/DC and operate in a temperature range of -25º C to +85º C. Current rating 3A AC/DC (with 22 AWG).

The PAL SERIES IS ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING FRIENDLY SCRIPT: Applicators are available for a semi-automatic and fully automatic equipment normally found in the manufacturing environment as well as standard hand tools and extraction and insertion tools.
