Health & Safety at Work 1974 EMPLOYER’S DUTIES: EMPLOYEE’S DUTIES Provide safe plant and equipment Provide of a safe place to work Arrangements for safe use of articles and substances Provision of safe systems of work Provide information, instruction, training and supervision.
