Session Objectives Participants will be able to: Articulate the general differences in the roles and responsibilities of the Program Manager, Team Leader and Corps Member in a Diplomas Now Team in order to apply at the school level Create a general weekly DN Program Manager schedule, balancing multiple priorities Identify the 4 priority responsibilities for a Diplomas Now Program Manager and be able to explain in detail at least 2 of these

Warm-Up

In you pair, discuss the role or responsibility on each slip of paper that you have and determine who it falls under (PM, TL, & CM). Once you reach a decision, tape the slip on the wall under the appropriate section. Roles & Responsibilities
