Effect is what happened. Cause is what made it happen.

Effect: The ball goes in the hole. What is the cause?

Cause: The man waters the flower. What will the effect be?

Effect: Yesterday we had no school. What is the cause?

Cause: The boy is doing his homework. What will the effect be?

Effect: The woman is getting stronger. What is the cause?

Cause: The girl made her friend a birthday card. What was the effect?

How many frogs are sitting on the log?

The log is tilted. What is the CAUSE of this?

What would CAUSE the log to balance out?

What would CAUSE the log to balance out? Think of three different ideas.

How many frogs would we have to add to the other side in order to CAUSE the log to be balanced?

What would the EFFECT be if we put three frogs on the other side of the log?
