What is time?

Time is man-made. Time is man-made. We only have a concept of time. We only have a concept of time. We don’t really understand the nature of time. We don’t really understand the nature of time. Time is represented through change, or an event. Everything is an event. Time is the occurrence of these events in sequence, one after the other. Time is represented through change, or an event. Everything is an event. Time is the occurrence of these events in sequence, one after the other. One of the most peculiar qualities of time is the fact that it is measured by motion and it also becomes evident through motion. Out of Control? The pace and pressures of life have become so overwhelming people feel they are losing control of their lives. The pace and pressures of life have become so overwhelming people feel they are losing control of their lives. Controlling your time means controlling your life and the events in your life. Controlling your time means controlling your life and the events in your life.

Is time speeding up?

Is Time Speeding Up? Information is passed in a fraction of time compared to the past. In 1907 a piece of information would take about 5 years to travel the world. Now it takes less than a minute. Attunement Vs. Improvement You don’t need improvement as much as you might require attunement. You don’t need improvement as much as you might require attunement. Attunement comes from trusting more than self-adjusting. Attunement comes from trusting more than self-adjusting. Tuning in will allow you to manage your time from the inside out. Mind Strategies for Success. The mind will create in your life anything you believe to be true, even in the details of your work, such as time and stress. The mind will create in your life anything you believe to be true, even in the details of your work, such as time and stress. The results you are having right now is a direct result of what you believe. The results you are having right now is a direct result of what you believe. Our minds will keep us locked in comfort zones, even if these comfort zones are not healthy. Our minds will keep us locked in comfort zones, even if these comfort zones are not healthy. In Order to change you much reach outside of a comfort zone. In Order to change you much reach outside of a comfort zone.

How does the mind work?

The Brain Game Knowing how your mind works, and knowing that you can physically change the way your mind works, is a very powerful tool. Successful business people think a certain way. Their success starts from the inside.

The Three Brains 1. The Reptilian Brain million years old. Useful for immediate action and physical awareness, i.e. get your hand off of a hot plate, eat when hungry, run when scared. 2. The Emotional Brain - 50 million years old. All mammals have a limbic system. Habitual patterns and routines are formed to create comfort and safety. However, we can associated unsuccessful patterns with safety and comfort. This brain can create resistance to change. 3. Cerebral Cortex - 2 million years old. 5 times bigger and 1000 times more flexible than other parts of brain. Has future visioning capacity. Can construct and reconstruct images, plan a future.

The Cerebral Cortex Secret Your majority of your mind works with images. Your majority of your mind works with images. The mind does not register “don’ts” or negatives. The mind does not register “don’ts” or negatives. Example: the only image it can create for the sentence, “don’t spill the milk” is ….spilled milk. Example: the only image it can create for the sentence, “don’t spill the milk” is ….spilled milk. Think about how this translates into your sales success. Example: do you think: “I don’t want to fail,” or “I don’t want to be rejected.” Think about how this translates into your sales success. Example: do you think: “I don’t want to fail,” or “I don’t want to be rejected.” Is your internal dialogue keeping you from reaching your goals? Is your internal dialogue keeping you from reaching your goals?

The brain can get in the way Our emotional brain is strong and tries to keep us “safe.” Our emotional brain is strong and tries to keep us “safe.” “Safe zones” don’t serve our success when we need to take risks. “Safe zones” don’t serve our success when we need to take risks. Our cerebral cortex is always helping us move TOWARDS what we think about, if your emotional brain has a grip on you, or creates fear of rejection or failure, you are more likely to experience that. Our cerebral cortex is always helping us move TOWARDS what we think about, if your emotional brain has a grip on you, or creates fear of rejection or failure, you are more likely to experience that.

If you ask yourself “What’s wrong with me?” or “Why is this not working?” All you will get are negatives. If you ask yourself “What’s wrong with me?” or “Why is this not working?” All you will get are negatives. If you ask yourself, “How can I make this work?” “What do I need to do to be a success?” Your mind will immediately start producing an action plan for results. If you ask yourself, “How can I make this work?” “What do I need to do to be a success?” Your mind will immediately start producing an action plan for results. Your Thoughts Matter

If you tell yourself, “I will always be this way,” or, “ It doesn’t matter. Life is just like this.” You will keep getting the same results. If you tell yourself, “I will always be this way,” or, “ It doesn’t matter. Life is just like this.” You will keep getting the same results. If you tell yourself, “I have the power to make this better,” or “I realize change takes time, and I’m one step closer to making this better.” You will see your life improve. If you tell yourself, “I have the power to make this better,” or “I realize change takes time, and I’m one step closer to making this better.” You will see your life improve. Your Thoughts Matter

Refocus your thoughts You are committed to something else all the time if you are not getting the results you want. You are committed to something else all the time if you are not getting the results you want. What you create, inside and out, is the direct result of how you focus your mind. What you create, inside and out, is the direct result of how you focus your mind.

What are your thoughts telling you? Are you thinking about what you want or what you don’t want? Are you thinking about what you want or what you don’t want? How might your thoughts be effecting your time? How might your thoughts be effecting your time? Your life is reflecting your inner world. What is it telling you? Your life is reflecting your inner world. What is it telling you?
