Recommendations on Narcotics Control Cooperation within ARF By Mr. Pithaya Jinawat

Recommendations 1. ASEAN should recognize the ultimate goal of Drug– Free ASEAN by 2015 while non–ASEAN countries may support ASEAN to achieve such goal Effort to solve ATS and cannabis problems Effort to solve ATS and cannabis problems Cooperation from non-ASEAN countries Cooperation from non-ASEAN countries Common vision with concrete goal Common vision with concrete goal Review of strategies, way and mean to cope with changing situation Review of strategies, way and mean to cope with changing situation Sharing knowledge, experiences, resources Sharing knowledge, experiences, resources Mutual political will and commitment Mutual political will and commitment
