Sunday, May 19 th The Holy Spirit loosens our tongues!

Welcome to St. Peter! “Come, Holy Spirit!” This week in all our services we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit on that first Pentecost Sunday in fulfillment of promise and prophecy, and he continues to come to his faithful through Word and Sacrament. Thus the church never ceases to be renewed and to grow.

Welcome to St. Peter! There are friendship registers at the end of each row. Please take a moment to give us your information so that we have a record of your time with us today. Thank you!

For Our Guests If you have questions, let us try to help. Speak with an usher, greeter, or the person next to you. If you’d like to learn more about St. Peter and its ministry, please talk to a pastor or member after the service.

Prayer before Worship O Holy Spirit, grant us grace that we our Lord and Savior in faith and love embrace And truly serve him ever, So that when death is near at hand We at his cross may firmly stand and there find our salvation. Amen. CW 185, v.1
