Shared Storage Options A brief history – 2 Overlap study of “ASERL Nine” storage collections: little overlap across the entire group OCLC’s overlap study of “Google Five” showed similar results Implement multiple regional systems using similar principles to allow for easy cooperation OCLC examined options for a national system, but dropped plans in December 2008
