Type Of Banners to be Used Centre Stage Banner The banner to be used in the backdrop of the auditorium stage. Size 12 x 12 feet One in number It will be permanently placed in the background till the festival continues. Title Sponsor’s name will be placed in the Centre of this banner in the same manner and size depicted here. Other Major sponsors and activity sponsors appear at the bottom of the banner.

Auditorium Stage with Central Banner

Front Stage Banner The banner is depicted by arrows in the picture. It would be of dimensions 2.5 x 12 feet It would be permanently placed for the entirety of the event. Name of title sponsor will appear on it along with the logo of the event. Position and size of the sponsor logo will be same as depicted in the picture.

Banners for Sideways and Gates Size – 8 x 6 feet Number of banners – Minimum 10 in number Sites - all the entry points of the auditorium , walkways, and gates and canteen Shivank Group appears as the title sponsor in the centre and top of the banner. (image from 2014 event) Major Sponsors and Activity Sponsors appear at the bottom

Brand Advertisement Banner The banners provided by the sponsor will be placed over various sites in the campus. The size of the banner is to be decided by the sponsor. Title sponsor gets site for minimum of 60 banners in the entire campus and participating colleges. In addition to this banners will be placed on 9-10 prime locations in Jaipur including Music Institute and instrument shops on Main Tonk Road, diagnostic centers, clinics, cafeterias and lounges. The number of posters to be put depends on the investment.

Venue Specific Banners Title sponsors gets exclusive rights to get venue named after their brand. Activity Sponsors get the privilege to get a activity named after their brand. Details of which are given in prospectus.

T-shirt Logo Title sponsor is entitled to get the logo of their brand printed on the t-shirt on the left hand pocket place. It would be of approximately 5 cm length and proportionate width. Atleast 500 t-shirts of this type will be worn by all the students of MBBS course. Ksheer logo is property of DS Group. For representation purpose only.

Participants Participants would be allowed to participate in all the cultural, literary and Sports activities. Total of about 5000 students will become part of this event. Target group is university colleges viz. Medical College, Dental College, Nursing College, Physiotherapy College and Engineering College. Students from other colleges would be allowed to participate in few selected events like LAN gaming and Team Sports activities.

Verbal Promotion All the celebrity performers and artists would announce the name of the title sponsor or their brand during the event. Atleast twice, before and after closing of the act. For every event taking place inside the auditorium, the brand names of the title sponsors and major sponsors would be spoken by the anchor twice every hour. Same rule applies for all the sports events, where use of loudspeakers is done for commentary.

Other modes of Promotion Every post on Facebook, Instagram and other social networking sites would contain the name of title sponsor. All the posters and pictures intended for the online promotion will have the name of title sponsor on the Top and Centre. The hosts/anchors can wear the promotional t-shirt of the sponsor, If the t-shirts are provided by the sponsor. Activity sponsors can also provide t-shirts if they are sponsoring any particular activity. T-shirts by title sponsors will be worn during sports activities and organ donation awareness rally to be held on Sunday, October 4th 2015 from Statue Circle to Amar Jawan Jyoti in Jaipur. The banners of the title sponsor and major sponsor will be held in hand while the rally is in progression. Before the starting of event in the auditorium everyday, the advertisements of title, major and activity sponsor will be played in the auditorium. Title sponsor’s logo will appear in every video presentation to be played in the auditorium.

Food Stalls The criteria for the stall allotment is as follows- Every food or refreshment stall will be provided space in exchange of daily rent of Rs.2000 per day. No two stalls selling same products are allowed. Electricity would be provided by the organizers. Canopy or tent would be brought by the stall owner. Minimum size of a stall is 10 feet x 10 feet.

Standees Standees of dimension 3 x 6 feet , 10 in number to be placed at all the entries and canteen.

Hospital Canteen Whole hospital canteen will be covered with sponsor banners which will be permanently placed there for the whole year. Our hospital canteen caters food to all the patients and students, almost 1000 people per day.
