Why do you think people attend college or university?

Question 1. Why do you think people attend college or university? I think people attend college or university to improve their lives because they feel that it is the most direct way to get into the workforce and to have a productive and successful career; also for personal growth and enrichment, just as a human being.

1 - Why do you think people attend college or university? I think the reason why people attend College these days is because they’re investing in their future. It’s an opportunity for them to say, “This is my life now. This is where I need to be tomorrow. So that when things really start to happen, I can be prepared for any types of changes.

1 - Why do you think people attend college or university? Well, personally, I think that people attend college or, or university for a couple of different reasons, really. First off, because you need to do something with your life; you have to end up getting a job somewhere, and it’s a lot easier to get a job if you have an education;

and secondly, I think a lot of it’s just getting away from home – going to college so that you can...you know, break out, feel like an adult. Take care of yourself, see if you can do that. It’s kinda like a halfway house between growing up as a kid and living as an adult. So that’s, that’s my opinion on that.

If they didn’t experience that kind of behavior in the – in their household, they would see it on TV. And they think it’s okay. So it influences children and adults alike to...in one particular way, use foul language where they might not have otherwise...or jargon, or certain hip phrases – whatever you wanna call ‘em. But I think that people end up seeing that behavior on TV, and they imitate what they see. And that’s – that’s what I think about that.

1 - Why do you think people attend college or university? People attend college today because they’ve realized you have to have a good education in order to get a good-paying job.

Question 1 - Why do you think people attend college or university? I think people attend college mostly because they want to get a better job. Twenty or thirty years ago, you could have probably gotten a decent job with just a high school diploma. But with the economy the way it is, it’s really not that way anymore. You really do need that diploma to get ahead. I think most people recognize that. People come out of high school and they just go straight on to college.

People who are older are even going back to college for a degree because they realize that to make themselves competitive in today’s marketplace, they really do need that degree. So I think for economic reasons, it’s very important. I think students also like to go to college because it helps them to develop socially and emotionally as well.

There’s really nothing like living in a dorm for a few years to help you grow up. You have to learn how to get along with a roommate, do your own laundry, get yourself up in the morning and schedule things properly. You really do develop a sense of independence and living on your own, but in a sort of protected environment. And you get to hang out with people your age who have similar likes, and it’s really a great way to grow.

1 - Why do you think people attend college or university? People attend college or university because they want to be educated and they want a better career for themselves instead of just being stuck at a dead-end job like McDonald’s or something like that. They want a career that is going to pay them a good salary and make them a comfortable living. So they get the education to do that. That’s why people...that’s why I think people go to college or university.

Question 1. Why do you think people attend college or university? I think the biggest reason that anyone would attend college or university is to give them an advantage in the workforce. It used to be in days of old that a high school diploma was all you needed to get by in the world. In these days, I think the college degree is a little more weighted, or a little more valued when it comes to landing and keeping a good-paying job, and a job that has benefits, and...and upward mobility where you can move up within a company. I think more and more people are getting college and university degrees for that reason, and they’re becoming more prevalent.

1 - Why do you think people attend college or university? I think people should attend college or university to get a better job and to improve of themselves so that they can do more and go further with their lives than they could without a degree from college. They go to college to benefit themselves and their families in the long term. You have more options with a college or university education than without.

Potential employers will be interested in you, whereas without a degree from a college or university, they will not. So, the future is much more limited without an education from college or university, and I highly recommend anyone to go to college and get a degree so that they can go further with their lives in many, many ways.

1 - Why do you think people attend college or university? I think people go to college for a couple of different reasons. I think for some people it’s just what you do after high school, it’s just the next step; I also think that in today’s economy, a lot of jobs require that you have a college degree, so I think people go to college or university for that reason;

and also, if you have a specific career path in mind, college will provide the training that you need for that job. For example, if you want to be a doctor, you have to go to medical school; if you want to be a lawyer, you have to go to law school; so I think people go to college or university for those reasons.
