Using Linked Text Boxes  Word’s text box linking feature makes it easier to create articles that are continued on subsequent pages.  Allows text to flow from one text box to another even if the text boxes are not adjacent or on the same page.  If you add or delete text in one of the text boxes, the remaining text in the other text boxes adjusts.  You can establish more than one chain.
