An illegal act

The legal situation copyright rests with the creator for 70 years after their death has social and community value, not economic value need also to recognise the economic value of some works

A possible solution … blanket licencing agreement draft has been developed for negotiation with a copyright collecting society would allow non-commercial, educational use images to be made available on a website at low resolution any commercial use subject to separate agreement rights-holder to be compensated if they come forward
