Romantic Paintings This is a romantic painting by Nancy Burns and Robbert Price. The sole woman in the painting exemplifies the romantic elements of individualism and the painters love of nature. It is a very peaceful painting. No Name Given

Nature These are two slides which depict the romantic element of love of nature. The garden is very romantic with animals carved out of nature: two natural elements in one. The forest painting shows a sole pink flower in the middle of the painting. This highlights love of nature again with the central focus on the flower without any unnatural, human made devices. Karen Clark ©1999 Hummingbirds Cattleya Orchid and Three Brazilian Heade, Martin Johnson 1871

Ludwig van Beethoven Beethoven is most well know for his composition of some of the most romantic concertos and sonnets ever composed. His style of music is considered to be very romantic due to its simplicity. This underlies the romantic elements of idealism and individualism.
