Survey overview Administration April 27 – May 10 from Press Ganey Enter employee id for correct work unit Participants All employees and providers invited Methodology Web-based survey 5 point scale (strongly agree to strongly disagree) 42 closed-ended questions, 1 open-ended RNs receive an additional 19 questions to align with Magnet standards Confidential

Updates: New questions: Employees’ actions support Children’s values. The actions of the person I report support Children’s values. (provides measures of our value) My work unit encourages innovative approaches at work. (improved measure of our innovation value) When appropriate, I can act on my own without asking approval. When you see the term: Children's: consider the organization for which you work Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Community Services, Primary Care, Children's corporate services, Children’s Community Health Plan (CCHP), Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Neenah, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation. (delete those that don’t pertain) Senior leadership: consider the CEO, president, and vice presidents. Work unit: consider the group of employees in your work area/program/department, typically reporting to the same person.
