Pandemic Task Force SYSCO Atlantic has established a Pandemic Task Force to ensure all factors are considered in the pandemic planning process.

Sudden spikes in product volumes that are not forecasted may cause shortages.

Pandemic Planning Considerations… All facilities should have some type of emergency plan. Where possible, keep some stock on hand in case of disaster. Dont wait till the last minute! Ensure all products on your emergency menu are listed and stocked in sufficient quantities at SYSCO. Build product and brand flexibility into your plan.
